The standard we build to

This site is designed and tested to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Every page is checked with automated accessibility tooling and by hand with a keyboard before it is published, and the checks are repeated when the site changes.

What that means on this site

• Semantic page structure with one heading per page level, landmarks, and a skip link to the main content.
• Every image carries a text alternative; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
• Forms have visible labels, and errors are announced and placed with the field they describe.
• All navigation, menus, the project lightbox, and the bid-request form work with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator.
• Text and control colors are chosen against WCAG AA contrast thresholds.
• Motion and scroll effects switch off when your device asks for reduced motion. Field videos are silent loops with no audio track.
• Pages reflow to a single column at narrow widths and remain usable when text is enlarged.
